Here is an idea…

• CPU (AMD Opteron/Ryzen)
• GPU (ATI) 
• DSP (TI)
• ARM (ARM mutlicore/low-power )
• FPGA
• all on one board
• lugged into PCIe 3.0 x16 (CPU) slot of any AMD or Intel motherboard

• Hypertransport 3.0 interconnect so that multiple cards can be interconnected on Hypertransport 3.0 as well as PCIe 3.0 x16 bus

Also there’s a possibility of building “blocks” and interconnecting them with Hypertransport 3.0, Lightning. Gigabit Ethernet, High capacity Fibre would be ideal
